The cabin was great and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The only issue we had was with the hot tub cover. It weighed a ton. We had such a hard time taking it off that we just stopped using it. Other than that, everything was lovely.

Just wanted to let you know that my family and I stayed in “An Unforgettable View” May 20-21 and we loved it… We had never stayed in Starr Crest before and your rental company made it a great experience….The cabin was so clean and stocked well…..I can’t wait to get a chance to come back and try one of your other cabins out….we drove up on top and looked around and seen several other that are rented through you guys and we liked them also…..Thanks for making our mini-vacation a great one…In my opinion a great cabin can make all the difference in whether the trip was good or bad….

Review #1411939 Outrageous Cabins…. wow… YES YES YES!!!

My experience is completely opposite as the review previously… We to booked the cabin, but booked it on a thursday night and stayed there for the weekend ( got the 99.0 Best rate for 2 nights when we booked it within 24 hours of staying ) . The office people are everyday people and anticipated our answers before we asked the questions… its as if they have been managing for years instead of only 3. We to inquired about the cabin being a little warm upstairs during the day, however we checked the circuit breaker had been popped so we re set it ( wow, amazing but that fixed the problem ) . Everything worked, and the outside was crisp in the mornings, and we could smell the mountain breezes coming in through the open windows in the morning, truly an outrageously awesome way to spend our weekend. I question the review of the other family as we will proudly display our name instead of typing “anonymous” and running away from a review. I dont understand how the reviews could be so different. Would we stay there again??? YES!

This was one of the best cabins that we have styed in. The game room was great and my 2 children had a blast. The hot tube was not working the first night but was fixed the next day. The 24 hr rate of $89 was great and well worth it. That is a great price. Thanks and I hope to be back soon to stay at your cabins again in the near future

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS:

If cancelled 14 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged a $45.00 cancellation fee. However, we will issue you a gift certificate in the amount of this $45.00 which can be used toward a future reservation within 1 calendar year of your cancelled reservation. If you cancel 0 to 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a refund for all monies paid minus 1 nights rental rate. This will be issued back to you in the form of a gift certificate to be applied toward a future stay. The gift certificate must be used within 1 calendar year of your cancelled reservation.

“NO-SHOW” POLICY:

A “no-show” is an automatic forfeiture of charges — this is a contract between you (the guest) and Outrageous Cabins (the management) as representative of the owner’s property. You will be charged for the full stay if the proper cancellation policies are not followed. If we have held a cabin for you, we have pledged that cabin and those dates to you. You will be charged for this reservation.

Deposit Policy

DEPOSITS:
All reservations require a 50% deposit of your total rental charges and applicable sales taxes. The deposit you make is 100% refundable less a $45 cancellation fee if cancelled 14 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date. However, we will issue you a gift certificate in the amount of this $45.00 which can be used toward a future reservation within 1 calendar year of your cancelled reservation. If you cancel 0 to 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a refund for all monies paid minus 1 nights rental rate. This will be issued back to you in the form of a gift certificate to be applied toward a future stay. The gift certificate must be used within 1 calendar year of your cancelled reservation.

If you are making your reservation within 14 days of your arrival date, the full amount is due at the time of booking.

Fourteen days (14) before your arrival date the balance of your stay will be charged to your credit card. You will then be sent (by fax or by email) written directions to our reservations office and a second copy of your reservation confirmation, showing that you have a zero balance due. BEFORE YOU CAN CHECK IN TO YOUR CABIN, we must have the signed rental confirmation page, along with a copy of the front and back of your driver’s license; and come by our office to register.

DO NOT send a check for your balance due. We do not accept checks. Sales tax is charged and collected on all payments for any services to the rental company.
