We offer an $89 to $129 booking within 24 hours of an arrival (day before) for all our one or two bedroom two story cabins, which are 1400-1800 square feet. The special is good for three days maximum! This $89 rate is designed to capture some of our guests that have flexible schedules and live within a close enough driving radius to make it worth their while! If you do the math $89 doesn’t make much sense when you have $325,000 invested in each cabin. If we had this rate all the time we would not be in business very long. Our goal is to receive twenty percent from our bookings from this segment. The extra bookings for our special allows us to give these great rates to our guests looking to book in weeks and months advance! (Also keep in mind our four bedroom cabins also apply this this special but just add a hundred dollars plus tax to each night.)
