A Bears View is a beautiful two story cabin located in the Starr Crest Resort with a perfect combination view of the Pigeon Forge city lights and a backdrop of Bluff Mountain. A designated driveway is offered specific to this cabin with a charcoal grill and a sealed trash bin located right outside as well. Once the car is unloaded and you've climbed the 7 steps needed to reach the front door of this cabin, your temporary home away from home awaits you!
Upon entering the cabin, you are greeted with a fully stocked kitchen consisting of cookware, dinnerware, bakeware, and full-sized appliances, everything needed to create delicious meals for your friends and family, as well as offering a washer/dryer unit attached to this space to assist with the very common overpacking habit. Continuing through the cabin, you will find an open layout displaying the dining and living room areas that provide multiple options for quality time to be spent, whether that's gathering around the table enjoying conversations with your loved ones or getting comfortable on the couch, sitting around the cozy fireplace while watching a movie on the flat screen TV. Passed the living area, you'll come upon the entrance to the private, main floor bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, double-sided gas fireplace shared with the living room space, and attached bathroom. The main floor bathroom, accessible only through the bedroom, is a full bathroom showcasing a beautifully tiled, double-headed, walk-in shower for that luxury affect. Once you make your way out of the bedroom and back into the living room, you will come across a door that leads right out to the main level deck offering plenty of seating to overlook the gorgeous view.
Now to climb the spiral staircase making your way up to the second floor of this cabin, you will be introduced to a spaciously shared floorplan including the game area, open loft 2nd bedroom, and another spiral staircase that leads up to the bonus loft area. This bonus loft space, located above the second floor loft bedroom, contains a full-sized bed and is a feature specific to this cabin alone, a wonderful addition for guests who need the extra sleeping arrangements for kids. On this floor you will also have a second bathroom to use that does not only offer another beautiful tiled walk-in shower option, but also provides a jetted Jacuzzi tub for a romantic evening with your significant other or a fun and easy bath time for the kids. The loft bedroom offers a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV, however, should you wish to turn off the TV and partake in a fun and competitive game instead, you have multiple options to choose from in the attached game area as it comes equipped with a Pool Table, Foosball Table, Air Hockey Table, and a Multicade system with tons of old school arcade games to choose from. After checking out everything this floor has to offer, the last feature to consider is the 2nd level deck that gives you access to the best view this cabin can offer. Enjoying the beautiful scenery while sitting on a rocking chair or in your private Hot Tub is sure to make this experience that much more relaxing. We honestly feel A Bears View is sure to take care of all of your vacation lodging needs!
IMPORTANT DETAILS TO KEEP IN MIND:
- - ALL ADVERTISED "2 BEDROOM CABINS" features an enclosed (PRIVATE) bedroom on the main floor and an open loft (NOT PRIVATE) second bedroom upstairs sharing the floor with the game area. In other words, the king bed located in the open loft floor is considered the "second bedroom"; please understand, one out of the two bedrooms in this cabin does not contain a door that allows for any privacy from the rest of the floor.
- - A Bears View specifically advertised as a two bedroom, however, it also is the only cabin that features an additional small loft section, above the second floor open loft bedroom, which offers a full-size bed for extra sleeping space; the full-size bed is suitable for 2 kids or 1 adult.
- - Not a secluded cabin. Due to being located in a resort setting, there are neighboring cabins to be mindful of.
- - Cabins are easily accessible year-round as the roads are well maintained by the resort staff to provide stress-free travel to all guests. The resort features inclined roads that are paved, wide, and do not require special vehicles or four-wheel drive to navigate, however, should a four-wheel drive vehicle be accessible to you, it would benefit our guests to drive that vehicle when visiting during the winter months in case of snowfall, to be able to access other parts of town comfortably.
- - Overlooks Dollywood Amusement Park; During Dollywood's hours of operation, expect to hear the Dollywood train horn sound off often.
- - Offers a gas fireplace that is for ambiance purposes only. This fireplace is not advertised as a heating source for the cabin.
- - Furnished with Aspen Log Furniture to provide that rustic, but luxurious cabin feel.
- - Charcoal for the outdoor grill, kitchen spices/oils for preparing meals in the kitchen, coffee filters for the coffee maker, and clothes hangers for the closets are special items that we would like to point out that we do not provide to guests during their stay.

Cancellation Policy
The initial 50% deposit made, or the full balance paid, are 100% refundable less a $45.00 cancellation fee if the reservation is cancelled fifteen days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled within the two weeks, zero to fourteen days, of your scheduled check-in day, the $45.00 cancellation fee as well as the first night's rental charge, minus applicable sales taxes, will be considered the full cancellation charge. Total cancellation fees will be issued as a Guest Credit, sent as a code as a separate email, to be applied towards a future reservation valid one calendar year from the processed cancellation date.
A "no-show" is an automatic forfeiture of charges -- this is a contract between you (the guest) and Outrageous Cabins (the management) as representative of the owner's property. You will be charged for the full stay if the proper cancellation policies are not followed. If we have held a cabin for you, we have pledged that cabin and those dates to you. You will be charged for this reservation in full, without consideration of a refund.
Deposit Policy
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement regardless of the platform you reserve a cabin through.Upon booking, all reservations require a 50% payment of your total rental charges and applicable sales taxes to confirm your stay. If the reservation is being made within two weeks, fourteen days, of the scheduled check-in date, the full amount is due at the time of booking. After your reservation has been requested, within 24 hours, you will receive a follow-up email with an attached invoice once your payment is successfully processed. Final payments are due two weeks, fourteen days, before your scheduled check-in date. All final payments will AUTOMATICALLY be charged using the most recent card on file, on each reservations individual due date. Calls to make this payment are not required unless the card number on file needs to be updated before processing the payment. Once that payment has successfully been processed, a second copy of the invoice will be sent to your email confirming a zero balance. If either payments are not processed successfully, our office will notify you with a "Declined Payment" email and instructions on how to proceed to confirm or finalize your reservation.
We DO NOT accept checks of any kind; personal, business, cashiers or certified. Sales tax is charged and collected on all payments for any services to the rental company.

Cabin was clean with beautiful views and in a perfect location. Easy access to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Beautiful sunset views from the hot tub. Just keep in mind as the description says it has one private bedroom and the other two sleeping areas are more common areas. It worked great for our family of 4 with our 8 year old sleeping in the bed in the game room and 11 year old in the loft above that. We will definitely look to rent here again.

The cabin had great views from both decks and from the living room, dining room, and upstairs bedroom. We enjoyed these views in the day and relaxing at night in the hot tub. All of the beds and the couch and loveseat were very comfortable and everything was well maintained and clean. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The cabin was beautiful and very comfortable! The view is amazing! My husband and I stayed with our two daughters and they loved the game room and hot tub. They also loved the indoor jacuzzi. Mine and my husband’s favorite thing was how comfortable the couches are. We slept on them most of the time.

The Bears view cabin is an absolute treat! We were overwhelmed by the location and the beautiful cabin. It was more than we expected. We received our check in right when we got to the airport so no waiting. Cabin accommodated our family of 5 with large beds and so much space for the kids to play. They were not always on top of each other with the amount of games and space provided. Hot tub was very relaxing! Just have to make sure you drop the temperature down low so it won’t turn on. Cabin does have some semi-noisey pipes when using the bathrooms so a little heads up to not get startled. We were so pleased with the beautiful location and even loved the drive to the cabin. It’s about a 50 min drive from the Knoxville airport and very easy to find. All attractions are very close and even made a drive to visit Gatlinburg. Nearest grocery store was Food City so had to stock the cabin. Cabin does have all necessities to cook and clean. Thank you Outrageous Cabins for a wonderful stay and enjoyable getaway!

Some complained of the “noisy” plumbing, but with realistic expectations of a cabin it was not that bad. We thought the game tables, jacuzzi and amazing view more than made up for this minor issue. We will definitely come back.

A Bears View was a great place to stay for our weekend getaway! It's far enough away from downtown Pigeon Forge to be able to escape the traffic and noise but just a short drive to get to great restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed the game room and the hot tub was very relaxing. We spent a lot of time on the balconies just enjoying the beautiful view of the Smoky Mountains. I would recommend this cabin to anyone! We would definitely stay in this cabin again!

A Bears View gave us gorgeous mountain views from the deck as promised! It was as economical as staying in a hotel and MUCH more comfortable. We were able to cook meals in the kitchen, so we didn't have to spend a lot of money dining out. The game room was great for the kids to wind down from a busy day sight-seeing and the hot tub was relaxing in the evenings & allowed us to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and lights from the town below. We were only minutes from the activities in Pigeon Forge, but far enough away for it to feel like we were secluded....it was very peaceful. The cabin is well maintained and I would recommend this place to any travelers looking for a similar experience.

Our stay was wonderful. Cabin was everything we wanted. Can't wait till our next visit. I have stayed in a lot of cabin resorts but this one is better. Views are better. Cabin is very clean. Staff all the way down to the cleaning lady is very nice and helpful.
My husband and I have been coming to your resort for the last 5 years, since 2009. We book a cabin every year in November and have been super pleased with each visit and cabin we've stayed in. The up to date style and decor are a plus, and the layout and views are unbeatable. We thoroughly enjoy our visits every year and will continue to come back.
