An Unforgettable View
IMPORTANT DETAILS TO KEEP IN MIND:
- - ALL ADVERTISED "2 BEDROOM CABINS" features an enclosed (PRIVATE) bedroom on the main floor and an open loft (NOT PRIVATE) second bedroom upstairs sharing the floor with the game area. In other words, the king bed located in the open loft floor is considered the "second bedroom"; please understand, one out of the two bedrooms in this cabin does not contain a door that allows for any privacy from the rest of the floor.Â
- - Not a secluded cabin. Due to being located in a resort setting, there are cabins close by to be mindful of, however, this specific cabin is unique as it sits on a little hill in the resort, which does not allow for direct neighbors on either side of the cabin.
- - Cabins are easily accessible year-round as the roads are well maintained by the resort staff to provide stress-free travel to all guests. The resort features inclined roads that are paved, wide, and do not require special vehicles or four-wheel drive to navigate, however, should a four-wheel drive vehicle be accessible to you, it would benefit our guests to drive that vehicle when visiting during the winter months in case of snowfall, to be able to access other parts of town comfortably.
- - Offers an electric fireplace on main level and second level that is for ambiance purposes only. These fireplaces are not advertised as a heating source for the cabin.
- - Charcoal for the outdoor grill, kitchen spices/oils for preparing meals in the kitchen, coffee filters for the coffee maker, and clothes hangers for the closets are special items that we would like to point out that we do not provide to guests during their stay.Â

Cancellation Policy
The initial 50% deposit made, or the full balance paid, are 100% refundable less a $45.00 cancellation fee if the reservation is cancelled fifteen days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled within the two weeks, zero to fourteen days, of your scheduled check-in day, the $45.00 cancellation fee as well as the first night's rental charge, minus applicable sales taxes, will be considered the full cancellation charge. Total cancellation fees will be issued as a Guest Credit, sent as a code as a separate email, to be applied towards a future reservation valid one calendar year from the processed cancellation date.
A "no-show" is an automatic forfeiture of charges -- this is a contract between you (the guest) and Outrageous Cabins (the management) as representative of the owner's property. You will be charged for the full stay if the proper cancellation policies are not followed. If we have held a cabin for you, we have pledged that cabin and those dates to you. You will be charged for this reservation in full, without consideration of a refund.
Deposit Policy
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement regardless of the platform you reserve a cabin through.Upon booking, all reservations require a 50% payment of your total rental charges and applicable sales taxes to confirm your stay. If the reservation is being made within two weeks, fourteen days, of the scheduled check-in date, the full amount is due at the time of booking. After your reservation has been requested, within 24 hours, you will receive a follow-up email with an attached invoice once your payment is successfully processed. Final payments are due two weeks, fourteen days, before your scheduled check-in date. All final payments will AUTOMATICALLY be charged using the most recent card on file, on each reservations individual due date. Calls to make this payment are not required unless the card number on file needs to be updated before processing the payment. Once that payment has successfully been processed, a second copy of the invoice will be sent to your email confirming a zero balance. If either payments are not processed successfully, our office will notify you with a "Declined Payment" email and instructions on how to proceed to confirm or finalize your reservation.
We DO NOT accept checks of any kind; personal, business, cashiers or certified. Sales tax is charged and collected on all payments for any services to the rental company.

Would stay again!
Wonderful layout for family of four with two young adult sons. We all enjoyed the cabin thoroughly! The pool is fantastic too. Super clean and never crowded. Close to r everything but also felt super private. Great for family!

This cabin was perfect for our family vacation. We had two families each of us with a toddler it was close enough to town for an easy drive but yet just nestled far away enough to have an amazing view. The hot tub was perfect as well as a Jacuzzi bathtub. The fireplaces were just the touch of coziness necessary for the perfect mountain getaway. Communication with the rental company was very prompt and easy. Would absolutely stay again!

Our cabin was absolutely beautiful! It had the perfect view and had plenty of privacy. It was not another cabin right next to us so we really enjoyed that. My mother and her now husband eloped here and it was the best decision they made.

The home was very clean. Really liked the upstairs game room which is open with the bedroom but that was fine for us. We couldnt get the hot tub warm enough to get in it, it may need to be serviced. GPS will get you right to the driveway sign at end of driveway is hard to read especially at night when it is dark and there is no address number at end of driveway.

Love this cabin! Very secluded with a breathtaking view! We’re really missing the hot tub and watching the sunrise from the upper deck! Wish we had more time to enjoy all the amenities. The only thing that was a challenge was the upper bathroom isn’t very private. Thankfully, there was a lower one too. Thanks so much!

We really enjoyed our stay!! Driveway not friendly for motorcycles!! I would not say it was unforgettable views, it was pretty, but not unforgettable!! Dishwasher leeks, needs a new grill!! But all in all we had a good stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was not right beside any other cabins, like some are. The view was quite expansive, and memorable. I save words like "Unforgettable" for things like the Grand Canyon 🙂 Cabin was nice and clean, bed comfy. Only suggestions would be to add a few more serving / casserole size bowls, wine glasses, and cutlery. And a second pool cue 🙂 Thanks!

My family will definantely return to this cabin. We enjoyed being only minutes from the parkway and the kids loved playing pool and the arcade games. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We just got back from our trip to Pigeon Forge TN. This was our 4th year and best cabin yet. We actualy changed our reservation and stayed in Almost Perfect instead and it was perfect! Breathtaking view from every window and both decks. Comfortable furniture in every room, gorgeous walking tile showers. Very well stocked kitchen and last but not least very convenient location, just a few minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge. Just simply amazing. We will be back for our anniversary in April!! Thank you Outrageous Cabins!! You guys are doing it right!!

We will return! The place is set up perfectly. It’s tucked in the mountain and offers an amazing view from the second balcony. Hot tub needs to be replaced, but other than that it’s perfect!

Our cabin was beautiful!! The yard was beautiful too. That's the first time we stayed on that side if town and we found it to be much better, with less traffic!! The price was great and allowed us to enjoy our family time a little more. I'll be using you again!! Thank you and God bless!

The cabin was great and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The only issue we had was with the hot tub cover. It weighed a ton. We had such a hard time taking it off that we just stopped using it. Other than that, everything was lovely.

Just wanted to let you know that my family and I stayed in "An Unforgettable View" May 20-21 and we loved it... We had never stayed in Starr Crest before and your rental company made it a great experience....The cabin was so clean and stocked well.....I can't wait to get a chance to come back and try one of your other cabins out....we drove up on top and looked around and seen several other that are rented through you guys and we liked them also.....Thanks for making our mini-vacation a great one...In my opinion a great cabin can make all the difference in whether the trip was good or bad....

My experience is completely opposite as the review previously... We to booked the cabin, but booked it on a thursday night and stayed there for the weekend ( got the 99.0 Best rate for 2 nights when we booked it within 24 hours of staying ) . The office people are everyday people and anticipated our answers before we asked the questions... its as if they have been managing for years instead of only 3. We to inquired about the cabin being a little warm upstairs during the day, however we checked the circuit breaker had been popped so we re set it ( wow, amazing but that fixed the problem ) . Everything worked, and the outside was crisp in the mornings, and we could smell the mountain breezes coming in through the open windows in the morning, truly an outrageously awesome way to spend our weekend. I question the review of the other family as we will proudly display our name instead of typing "anonymous" and running away from a review. I dont understand how the reviews could be so different. Would we stay there again??? YES!

This was one of the best cabins that we have styed in. The game room was great and my 2 children had a blast. The hot tube was not working the first night but was fixed the next day. The 24 hr rate of $89 was great and well worth it. That is a great price. Thanks and I hope to be back soon to stay at your cabins again in the near future
