Great cabin. Be aware of the train noises if that bothers you

Stayed here for a weekend in March of 2023 with two adults and four kids. The cabin is spacious, well maintained, and clean. The only issue we had (which was very minor) was that there were no ice cube trays in the refrigerator's freezer, and the fridge didn't have an ice maker. We didn't know that about the house before arriving, so we had to go out to buy ice. As I said -- very minor issue! Otherwise the house was great and suited our needs very well.

Everything was beautiful! The whole cabin was completely stunning, clean, spacious, and the scenery was so spectacular!

By far one of the best cabins I’ve stayed at. The location, overlooking the city, was great! The road up to the cabin was very wide and paved. The kids enjoyed the upper level and plenty of space for everyone to relax. The office responded fast and worked to fix a problem encountered.

The hot tub did not work and that was extremely disappointing. As soon as I reported it, maintenance came immediately. He looked at it for a few minutes, determined that the heating element must be bad, told us because it is under warranty there is nothing he could do, stated the host would call me soon and then left. The host never called, never apologized, and never offered any compensation. That was incredibly disappointing. I know sometimes things happen that are out of the host’s control, but I was surprised by the lack of communication.

A few things that would improve the house: more dish towels and cloths, pot holders, hand soap, dish soap, and a bottle of spray cleaner for the kitchen.

The house was really nice and we enjoyed our stay overall. Not having a hot tub to enjoy was very disappointing.

The cabin was fantastic! My family loved it. The beds were super comfortable, showers spacious, and comfortable living room chairs! It looks exactly like the photos. The balconies lead to a gorgeous view, you can see Dollywood and hear their train! Each suite even has it's own TV with cable. We would definitely come back again. Really the only cons were the living room had seating for 6 though the cabin sleeps 8; they should change out the recliner for another sofa. The shower handles might have been installed wrong because the hot water was actually where the knob stated cold water would be. This cabin is also the highest one up but the road is very wide and 100% paved. It was still the best cabin we have stayed at in Pigeon forge!

The view was amazing. Of note the bedroom upstairs has no door so anyone that sleeps up there can here everything downstairs. On the plus side of the upstairs bedroom you can see the amazing view while in bed. Had a great stay.

This was our second time staying with Outrageous Cabins …. And again, they did not disappoint! It was fantastic!
Beautifully decorated with that Tennessee mountain touch… and more than enough room for our family of 7. We’ll be back.

We had a fun stay at the cabin, but there are a few things to consider if this is right for others:

Pros:

Location to Dollywood is phenomenal. We went there two days and was a very quick drive there.

View is wonderful. Keep in mind though it’s facing west so the sun is right in your face during the afternoon.

Cons:

Layout of the cabin is clunky. For four king sized rooms, there’s no way the kitchen and living space would accommodate four adult couples. Kitchen is super tiny. Also the open master loft shares the game room and you have to go through that space for hot tub, which seems awkward. Whoever is staying in that room definitely can’t be first to go to bed if others want to utilize those amenities.

Some amenities are lacking: Air hockey table felt like it was about to fall apart and the volume on arcade is VERY loud. We wouldn’t let our kids play on it much bc the noise echos throughout the entire cabin. The host indicated the volume could not be turned down. Also they said no hangers in closet bc they always get stolen. That seems cheap to me as almost every other rental I’ve ever been in has had hangers.

Two of the rooms didn’t seem like they were really designed for king size bed. Very tight in the room with beds.

A beautiful view and a Gorgeous Cabin I will definitely come back here.

This was 2nd time we spent up in the cabins for the 4th and it never disappoints! Beautiful views and great accommodations!

Great view

Great experience overall

Overall the cabin was nice however the description of it was not fully correct. We were told that it was a 4 bedroom all king suite which it was but one of the rooms had an open floor plan with no door which meant no privacy for that couple. Also in bottom level suite the shower water would not get hot it was ice cold. Myself and my husband had to take a shower in one of the other couples room.

i had a great expierience the cabin was everything it was supposed to be grateful the phone service and wifi was perfect!

Absolutely loved our stay at Beneath the Stars!!! It was a great location. The hosts were quick to reply to questions too!

Awesome cabin! If your looking for a place to stay with an amazing views and awesome entertainment, I recommend this place. We spent the weekend there and spent more time at the cabin more than anything!

"Party of eight"

We were a party of eight there to enjoy the Car Show. We ended up enjoying the cabin more. The view was awesome! Plenty of room, games, king beds, baths, TVs, hot tub, and very clean. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful experience and fabulous views. Sitting in the hot tub and looking out at the scenery was very calming and relaxing. Game room was an added bonus!

Amazing skyline views by day and the city views at night either on deck in swing chair or while relaxing in the hot tub. Cabin is very clean, game room is great. Sofas and beds comfortable. Appreciated quiet area and very quick responses when needed.

You will not be disappointed by Beneath the Stars! This 4 king bedroom cabin is a delight! Comfortable furniture - clean - fun games - amazing sunsets! Easy 10 minute access to Pigeon Forge activities and food. We will certainly return!

This cabin was absolutely perfect for our multigenerational group - plenty of room for everyone to have their own space with lots of great common areas too. And that view!!!

We enjoyed our stay - plenty of room to spread out over 3 levels, and the views are incredible from all 3 decks. Loved the upper level with the hot tub and porch swing out on the deck, and the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom on that level. For anyone who plays Pokemon Go, the tank next door is a pokestop that can be spun from the cabin - bonus!

"Quieter Christmas Than Expected"

This property was nice. It's well appointed with the conveniences you'd expect and maybe a tad more. The view over Dollywood and into the valley is beautiful with fireworks on the back porch when Dollywood does them. The property is entirely electric, which has the safety benefit; but when the power went out several hours, at night, with ice and snow accumulation, at the top of a mountain, in freezing temperatures, it was a bit concerning. We'd still visit again, and just remember flashlights and maybe some additional ways to stay warm, if it's winter... a camping stove or Jet Boil, etc. The location was unbeatable and amenities were up to or ahead of expectations for the price point. Oh... and bring your own little holiday decorations, if you want them (I haven't checked with management on if it's allowed, so do that first).

"Clean, quiet location and lots of room"

We’ve stayed in Starr Crest many times and Beyond the Stars was another great one. Where I prefer cabins on the other side with a Leconte view versus a Pigeon Gorge view, it’s still a cool view and the cabin is located literally at the very top and is the last cabin in Starr Crest which makes it a very quiet location. The cabin is quite large and has tons of space. All king beds in all four bedrooms. Would recommend for sure.

The cabin was nice, beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The view was great, too. The resort is very conveniently located.

Our interaction from start to finish was excellent!

We had a wonderful time at our cabin stay. Accommodations were everything we expected. Check in was handled efficiently.
