Cozy Bear – Country Pines Resort

We only stayed one night for a short weekend trip but the cabin served its purpose. It is exactly as advertised with cool views and spacious cabin. They were very communicative and worked with my wife and I on a very late check in. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are very clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Great for a snowy weekend getaway! Loved being private, but also being close to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg! We will definitely save the listing for future trips!

The cabin was very clean when we arrived. There was plenty of space for two adults and a small dog. The place heated up quickly if we needed to adjust the temp. The remotes for the fans/lights was something cool to experience even though we had to push the buttons pretty hard. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing food or heating leftovers. DirecTV is provided, but you’ll need to log in to Netflix/other streaming services. Loved the shower space. I highly recommend it because it was only 10 minutes to get to pigeon forge attractions.

Cute place, enjoyable, easy to get to

It’s was a beautiful cabin, it was peaceful nice and clean , everything was up to par. The location was great close to Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. We will definitely be back .

It was a nice cabin to stay in.

This is the perfect cabin to rent. The location is perfect for everything In the smokies! The cabin was also super clean ! Probably the cleanest we have ever rented from Airbnb! Not one complaint at all. We will definitely be back next year !

Overall pleased with our stay. The wifi would not stay connected to the smart tv in the living room, I had to re-enter the password at least twice a day.

Our cabin was lovely and faced beautiful snowy woods when we arrived. The cabin and location were as described and super close to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. The cabin was cozy and clean and worked well for our small family. The hot tub was super clean and a nice bonus.

We rated it 4 stars as all the amenities were super basic, including the paper towels and toilet paper and the lack of homey extras. No salt and pepper in the full kitchen and a coffee maker requiring filters that never shut off. For the money and compared to other rentals, some slight upgrades would go a long way. The WiFi was super inconsistent and cut out on us frequently. No room at all for early check in or later check out.

"Last minute"

Booked at last minute and still was clean and a well kept cabin. The yard was a little steep but we had 2 dogs with us and they enjoyed the yard. No complaints at all. Very happy and will stay in this cabin again!

Was a great stay away from civilization. Although we had a hiccup with a power outage (not the air bnb hosts fault) and our cabin was a little tight on the parking being a corner unit the stay was wonderful. Beds are comfy, and plenty of tv’s for everyone to hang out and enjoy the quiet. Would definitely stay again.

The cabin was so beautiful and well situated. It says it has wifi, but the wifi didn’t work so don’t plan on working while you are there and the office didn’t offer any kind of fix. Otherwise a really sweet place to stay. It is well stocked and has most of what you would need and is cozy.

We had a wonderful time here! It was very clean and cozy! We liked everything except the mattresses, we thought they were uncomfortable. Obviously to each their own and some may like them. Otherwise this was a nice cabin to rent!

Not what we expected

Beautiful clean cabin. I was very happy with the privacy and view we got! The first night the hot tub would not heat up, so I messaged the facility. It was pretty late so I didn’t expect a reply, but they messaged back almost immediately! They sent someone out twice to try to fix the hot tub the next day, and even called after we had messaged to make sure it was fixed. It took a while to heat up but eventually it did work.

It was so nice and we would stay here again!

"Little closer than expected"

We really enjoyed our stay but upon arrival was amazed at how close the property was to the neighbors. Pictures of property were deceiving in that case.

"Great location but a little dusty."

Easy to find. Easy to check in and out. Didn’t have any problems with anything. Water was hot. Beds were fine. Grounds well kept. Only issue was it was very dusty. Not dirty just a lot of dust that was missed. Had some allergy issues because of this. Would stay again and would recommend

In a great location along with other rental cabins. Cabin was clean for the most part. Only bad thing I have to say is the beds and furniture is uncomfortable.

Clean, comfortable, and great hot tub-clean and nice view of trees. We enjoyed our stay. Close to Gatlinburg, Wears Valley, and the Smokies too.

"Excellant Rental"

Highly recommend these cabins. We did have an issue when we checked in. Our bathroom wasnt cleaned and the game console upstairs didnt work. You could hear the games, but not see the screen. Since it was during the covid, the main office was closed. Emailed customer service and the manager responded immediately and apologized profusely. Housekeeping had already left for the day and she didnt have another game unit to switch out. Since we had to clean the bathroom ourselves, she offered to refund a whole night without is asking which we appreciated. There were no other issues with the cabin. It was beautiful and just as described. Hot tub was clean and very private even though the cabins are close together. We are already planning our next trip and we will be renting these cabins again. These cabins are perfect for a romantic getaway or a family trip.

"Very Clean & Picturesque"

We had a very pleasant experience with our first time stay with Outrageous Cabins. The office was easy to get to and the check in and out process was a breeze. The cabin is located about 2 miles beyond the office so it was close to everything yet still quiet and peaceful. The resort landscape was absolutely adorable. I especially loved the chapel for taking photographs. The cabin was exceptionally clean and much attention spent to detail down to the towels made into animal shapes. It was the perfect size for our stay with the upstairs bed and one down. The deck was relaxing with a nice grassy area for our dog. Even with cabins on either side, we found it to be a peaceful and quiet retreat. The only thing I can think to make this cabin even better, would be to add an outdoor grill that was covered. We will gladly recommend Outrageous Cabins and look forward to another stay next year!

"Perfect location and great cabin"

Loved the location of this property! It’s only a few minutes from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge but the best part is being located behind the main strip and being able to get to everything without having to tackle the horrible main strip traffic. Cabin was very clean and perfect for us. We did try out both beds and the mattress upstairs was more comfortable. I’m about 22 weeks pregnant so a comfortable nights sleep can be difficult at times. Overall I would highly recommend this cabin.

This cabin is a great place to stay in the Smoky Mountains! Centrally located (not far to Pigeon Forge or Sevierville), easy to get to Dollywood, but also get a little space up the mountain! Peaceful neighbourhood, clean cabin with thoughtful touches and a great hot tub and balcony. The only thing to note is you do check in at a separate office and will be asked to sign separate paperwork outside of Airbnb. All in all, we had a great stay!

It was a sweet cabin. Everything we needed was there. Plenty of room for my teenage boys, myself, and our pup. Definetly will stay here again.

This was our fist stay in a cabin in the Smokies! Loved it! We will never stay in a motel again. We were able to relax and enjoy our peaceful stay. The cabin was cozy and beautiful. Would recommend to anyone. We plan to come back again, next time will be with family and friends.

"wonderful time here again!"

I love the location of the cabin. It isn't private with two cabins next door but the location to town is perfect. We've stayed in other cabins that don't allow pizza to be delivered only to the check in gate but this one the pizza delivery came to the door! The only thing I would change would be better lighting and one more mirror. It's hard to get ready in that bathroom.

We have stayed in several cabins in the area our favorite location is Starr Crest but we decided to try Country Pines for this visit and we really like the area. This was our second time using Outrageous Cabins and we will use them again.

Our recent visit to Cozy Bear in the Country Pines Resort was a great one.
We especially liked the extra privacy of the hot tub. A very unique design
which works out well. The price of the cabin was too tempting to pass up.
We look for any opportunity to visit the mountains. Thanks for all you do

Our recent stay with Outrageous Cabins was just as wonderful as the last time! We actually have a timeshare at West gate Resort, but choose to stay in your cabins! We have become very attached to the Cozy Bear and plan to stay there anytime we visit the mountains!

Hi Guys! We just wanted to let you know that our stay with Outrageous Cabins exceeded our expectations (which were pretty high to begin with!). It was everything we could hope for and more. Working in Manhattan can sometimes take a toll on people and this was the absolute perfect get away. We will be back and we will continue to rave about our stay to all our family and friends.
