- ALL ADVERTISED "1 BEDROOM CABINS" in the Country Pines Resort features an enclosed (PRIVATE) bedroom on the main floor and an open loft (NOT PRIVATE) space upstairs, which includes a secondary queen bed, with a dresser and TV.
- Not a secluded cabin. Due to being located in a resort setting, there will be neighboring cabins.Â
- Cabins located in the Country Pines Resort, such as this one, are not advertised as cabins displaying any views; these cabins are set in a wooded area, so you will not experience a mountain or city view when reserving this rental property.
- Cabins are easily accessible year-round as the roads are well maintained by the resort staff to provide stress-free travel to all guests. The resort is lower in elevation and features roads that are paved, wide, and do not require special vehicles or four-wheel drive to navigate, however, should a four-wheel drive vehicle be accessible to you, it would benefit our guests to drive that vehicle when visiting during the winter months in case of snowfall, to be able to access other parts of town comfortably.
- Offers a natural wood burning fireplace inside of the cabin; please keep in mind, our office does not supply wood to guests during their stay.Â
- Furnished with Aspen Log Furniture to enhance the rustic cabin experience.
- Charcoal for the outdoor grill, kitchen spices/oils for preparing meals in the kitchen, coffee filters for the coffee maker, and clothes hangers for the closets are special items that we would like to point out that we do not provide to guests during their stay.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations processed through our company website or booked directly with a representative in our office, will be subject to the cancellation policy stated. All monies paid are 100% refundable if cancelled ninety (90) days or more, prior to your scheduled arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled within ninety (90) days of your scheduled check-in day, 50% of the nightly rental charges will be kept and the remaining balance will be refunded back to you; only the sum of the nightly rental charges will be considered in the cancellation fee total, meaning pet fee's, cleaning fees, taxes, etc. will not be calculated in the total cancellation amount.
A "no-show" is an automatic forfeiture of charges - this is a contract between you (the guest) and Outrageous Cabins (the management) as representative of the owner's property. You will be charged for the full stay if the proper cancellation procedures are not followed. If we have held a cabin for you, we have pledged that cabin and those dates to you. You will be charged for this reservation in full, without consideration of a refund.
Deposit Policy
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement regardless of the platform the cabin was reserved through. Upon booking, all reservations require a 50% payment of your total rental charges and applicable sales taxes to confirm your stay. If the reservation is being made within two weeks, fourteen days, of the scheduled check-in date, the full amount is due at the time of booking. After your reservation has been requested, within 24 hours, you will receive a follow-up email with an attached invoice once your payment is successfully processed. Final payments are due two weeks, fourteen days, before your scheduled check-in date. All final payments will AUTOMATICALLY be charged using the most recent card on file, on each reservations individual due date. Calls to make this payment are not required unless the card number on file needs to be updated before processing the payment. Once that payment has successfully been processed, a second copy of the invoice will be sent to your email confirming a zero balance. If either payments are not processed successfully, our office will notify you with a "Declined Payment" email and instructions on how to proceed to confirm or finalize your reservation.
We DO NOT accept checks of any kind; personal, business, cashiers or certified. Sales tax is charged and collected on all payments for any services to the rental company.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The living room furniture was very comfortable. Has everything we needed for a couple days stay. Hot tub, most of the jets not working but it got nice and warm!

This is the best place we have stayed in a while. The location was perfect. The property was clean. All appliances and kitchen ware were high quality. The place seemed brand new. Any issue we had, which were our own things, not property things, were responded to quickly. We felt safe and very happy. Our small dog enjoyed himself as well. I loved it was clean and he couldn't find random hidden garbage to eat and get sick on which happens at most locations. We can't wait to return. The only recommendation we have if you stay here, bring your own pillows. The pillows here are not good.

This was a great experience for our family. The cabin was beautiful and exactly as described. We loved spending time on the back porch, and our daughter loved the playground. We enjoyed walking our dogs around the neighborhood as well. We will definitely be back.

The property was just a few minutes from the main strip in pigeon forge or to go into Gatlinburg. Fireplace is real not electric. The office to check in does not have a very big sign and is easy to pass up but friendly staff. Was a nice weekend getaway
We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at Rustic Villa. The Cabin is beautiful, clean and well-appointed, very quiet and relaxing! The beds we a bit soft for our liking but we still slept OK. There is ample level parking and the road and driveway are not too steep or windy, it was very easy to get there from Pigeon forge. The fireplace was great but having firewood available would be nice, we suggesting bring some if you want to have fires. We'll be back!

We spent most of our time in the mountains and cooked half of our meals. Was nice to have decent kitchen to do so. Video game machine was nice for kids and provided us a break to relax. Hot tub was clean and enjoyable. Plenty of deck furniture to enjoy morning coffee.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rustic Villa. The cabin was just as advertised and more. It was clean, with plenty of extras to use, and easy to get to. The location was great because you could get to the parkway, to the spur to Gatlinburg, and to Veterans Parkway from the road to the cabin. Excellent time and the kids enjoyed the video games!
Kim and I have been renting cabins in the Sevierville / Pigeon Forge area since 2005 and have stayed in about 20 different cabins, some more than once. We found Rustic Villa via the VRBO website. Making the reservation and the payments was quick and easy. Check-in at the office and check-out was the easiest we've encountered. The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The directions to the cabin were easy and accurate -- which IS important.
When we arrived at Rustic Villa, we were pleasantly surprised at the spacious, convenient parking. The cabin was immaculate - thanks go to the cleaning crew. The cabin is absolutely the nicest we've rented. We had no problems with the facility whatsoever. And to Outrageous Cabins, "see ya again soon."

Beautiful place, central to everything. The dogs and my 5 mo old had a wonderful time.
The cabin was beautifully decorated and very cozy ! It had all the essentials of home and was spotless.What the pictures don't show you is that no matter what window you look out of , there is another cabin in sight. If that doesn't bother you, then you will love this cabin. We like a little more seclusion. Overall, our stay was great and we enjoyed the visiting the Great Smokey Mountains. The staff at Outrageous Cabins were friendly. Be sure to eat breakfast at Crockett's Breakfast Camp in Gatlinburg, it was amazing !! Get the giant cinnamon roll ; )
