Hugs and Kisses – Starr Crest Resort

Great place, was just upset about the jacuzzi being out of order upon arrival. This was a huge reason I stayed here! I was not notified beforehand. I would have loved to have some knowledge before, and not just show up and be upset.

We had a great stay in your cabin, Hugs & Kisses! We have stayed with Outrageous Cabins for years and are never disappointed! A+ cabin, friendly & professional staff. There may have even been a few hugs & kisses this weekend! 😉

Staff was nice and answered any questions. The only thing I didn’t like was the location. No privacy and it was smaller than expected.

Our stay was lovely and look forward to booking with Outrageous Cabins again.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The cabin was clean, homey, had beautiful surroundings and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Outrageous Cabins was incredibly responsive and made our experience so easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Cabin was beautiful! Easy check in/out. Host always responded quickly and always pleasant. The pull out sofa could use a new mattress, could feel all the bars but we did so much in our week stay, by time we got back to the cabin every night it didn’t matter. We slept peacefully! Having the playground literally across the street was great for our little one! Perfect cabin for our little family and would definitely return!

Very comfy cabin. Good bed & comfy furniture. Loved the shower & indoor jacuzzi tub. Very clean. Liked the privacy of the deck. The neighbors are close by but it feels private. It was so close to Dollywood. Nice kitchen. Disappointed with the gas fireplace, was hoping for a real fireplace.

Hugs and kisses is the perfect cabin for any couple looking for a quick weekend getaway. The cabin is absolutely perfect and it is in a neighborhood but the back porch is very private. The best part is the back porch overlooking the woods we watched a crew of squirrels run and play all weekend.

Loved how close this cabin was to Pigeon Forge, but felt secluded enough. Clean Cabin, private deck, pretty views! Had a great time!

Hugs and Kisses was located about 15 minutes from Dollywood, away from the hustle and bustle of the main drag. After a busy day at the park with record crowds it was a peaceful sanctuary to retreat to. We loved the hot tub.

The cabin was what was in the pictures. Extremely clean and felt like we were right at home!

Loved this place! Super super super clean! Bed was comfortable. Hot tub worked great and was SUPER clean. So was the jacuzzi tub inside. Plenty of towels. Great location, right in between Pigeon Forge & downtown Gatlinburg. Everything was adorable & our puppy enjoyed too! Would definitely recommend & stay again.

stayed here for a last minute “mini-moon” following change of plans due to Hurricane Helene and it was the perfect getaway to lay low and take a deep breath after a very stressful wedding!

The moment we walked into the cabin, I wanted to call and tell you guys thank you for not misrepresenting your cabin. Beautiful and spacious cabin. We will definitely tell our friends about this cabin and will definitely be coming back. The mountain view was stunning also. The environment was indeed very healing for both mind and body. The wifi worked well and I was able to do some work too. The Tvs are modern and smart, so you don't need to work harder at figuring things out. The Jacuzzi as well as the hot tub melted all our stress away and we left feeling really refreshed.

My boyfriend and I stayed two nights. We loved the hot tub and the heart shaped bathtub. Everything was super clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient to where we were planning to go. Dollywood and golf course is right up the road. We had a great, romantic getaway.

I would recommend this cabin to friends and family.

The cabin had limited items in the kitchen to cook with, could have used a few more items. just a suggestion.

It was perfect for the two of us. There wasn’t much of a view off the back balcony but outside our front door was breathtaking. Will definitely be coming back!

The perfect place for a couples weekend. Although in a community, the hot tub was private. Extremely clean and beautifully furnished. My only complaint was the hot tub was 50 degrees and took the first day to check in of two day weekend.

Cabin was wonderful. Description is accurate. Place was very clean and clear instructions on check in, maintenance, and check out.

View has some part of the mountains, mostly trees, and part of some cabins next door. You don’t feel close to other people until you see there’s cabins next door. Super quiet and serene.

Great location. Only 10 minutes to pigeon forge and 20-30 to Gatlinburg. The cabin is on a mountain and there is one sharp turn that made me pucker. Other than that it’s easy to navigate.

Our stay was amazing! The check in was super simple and was beautiful area we stayed for Thanksgiving (only issue was there was no hot pads/kitchen gloves for cooking so had a hard time taking thanksgiving dinner out of the oven had to use paper towels and almost burnt ourselves a couple times and the pots and pans were very used and scratched up, so would recommend that you get a couple new/more things for the kitchen for those who actually like to stay in and cook and not go out as much. (Also very busy season so it was a bit of a nightmare at Dollywood and gatlinburg areas so keep that in mind if you stay around Thanksgiving time) we didn’t get to fit in as much as I hoped cause of that. But it was cozy and we had a great time overall! walking the dog around the neighborhood was amazing in the cool weather with the views, the playground was right across from our cabin which was convenient our child loved playing out there while we were cooking I could watch out the window! loved It!

My 2 toddlers, my husband, and myself had the greatest stay here! The playground being right across the street was perfect for us to walk right over to play. Would definitely stay here again!

Love the location! Up on a beautiful mountain, but also close enough to a store if you need anything! Very up to date cabin! Newer than I expected! Also near a local pizza place with great food. Will recommend this area and cabins to friends.

A great cabin if you have a pet. Plenty of open space & in a great location. Fireplace was awesome. Best one bedroom cabin I have stayed in. Will definitely return!

Can’t wait to go back. Me and my girlfriend are going to make this spot our yearly trip. Everything was nice and clean. How the pictures looked is how it really looks. You are not far from Walmart and other places.

Beautiful place

Cabin was everything we wanted! Awesome location especially with the playground across the street- we had 2 small kids. Cabin was close to all things we did. Cabin was very clean, well stocked, and communication was great! Would stay here again.

This cabin is amazing! Second time we have stayed here. Cabin was as expected, pictures were accurate. Close to everything yet peaceful and private. We were able to bring our dog and he liked it too...except when we had to leave him in his kennel. I would highly recommend!

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway , close to town and private. The hot tub and jacuzzi is awesome and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We were very comfortable the whole weekend and would definitely stay again.

This cabin is absolutely beautiful! We had three guests and two dogs and this home was just right for us. Easy to find and very conveniently located close to all of out adventures. Will definitely choose this company again for our next stay!

One of the better experiences we’ve had staying in the Smokey Mountain Area! The cabin is VERY clean and cozy, great location and super easy drive to Gatlinburg and literally minutes from Dolly Parton’s Stampede. Updated appliances (including washer & dryer). Only two downsides were the hot tub jets were abysmal, and the shower head is just a trickle. Overall, great experience. Would stay again!

Fantastic place to stay and perfect for a getaway for two. Amazing amenities within the cabin and a great location near Pigeon Forge. Perfect balance between seclusion and accessibility.

Very lovely cabin, very very private and quiet. Nice play ground across the street if you had kids, we didn’t but was in a nice area. No Mountain View from rear deck but very wooded making it very private. Close to town for activities and restaurants.

excellent location, very near to pigeon forge strip. excellent view of the strip and the dollywood fireworks from very near to the cottage.
the service was excellent, we requested for mattress topper since the second bed wasn't comfortable and got an airbed immediately.

This cabin was awesome! I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I wish it had was a little better view like some of the other cabins but inside the cabin was absolutely amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was updated, very clean, and stocked with all your necessities. It even had a great little game table that we loved! The resort has beautiful views and a playground for kids. Overall it was a great stay and we would highly recommend this cabin.

We loved our stay at Hugs and Kisses! It was easy to get to town but far enough away to feel like you were in the woods! Our kids loved the arcade games and the playground across the street!

This was my very first cabin/mountain trip, and it definitely exceeded my expectations! Initially, I thought staying in a cabin would be a one-and-done thing, but I wouldn’t go back if I had to stay in a regular hotel! The Hugs and Kisses cabin made this trip a surreal experience for myself, boyfriend, and dog! We are already planning a bigger family trip in about 7 months! This cabin definitely set the bar high!!!

Great cabin for couples

The cabin was exactly what I was expecting. It was clean and very beautiful.

We loved it! The cabin was beautiful on the inside, had everything a couple could need! We loved the hot tub, indoor jacuzzi and the games were so much fun. It was very close to other cabins and the noise was a bit much but only one night. There wasn't much of a view, but that was ok. We would love to go back!

The cabin was in excellent condition, very clean and very nice. The cabin was right across from the playground which my daughter really enjoyed. We had no problems finding the cabin. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will be back. Outrageous cabins was super easy to work with and we even added an extra night.

From our first visit years ago with Outrageous Cabins we have been more than pleased. We have stayed if at least 5 different cabins at Starr Crest and each stay is consistently great. Always clean, great views. I would not stay anywhere else in the area, no one else can offer the product for the prices offered by outrageous cabins. I have not had any complaints.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hugs and Kisses. The book process was painless and the road up to the cabin was easy to navigate. The cabin was very neat inside and suited our needs. The view is something you have to see to believe. It was breathtaking! I will stay with Outrageous Cabins again!
