- ALL ADVERTISED "2 BEDROOM CABINS" features an enclosed (PRIVATE) bedroom on the main floor and an open loft (NOT PRIVATE) second bedroom upstairs sharing the floor with the game area. In other words, the king bed located in the open loft floor is considered the "second bedroom"; please understand, one out of the two bedrooms in this cabin does not contain a door that allows for any privacy from the rest of the floor.
- Not a secluded cabin. Due to being located in a resort setting, there are neighboring cabins to be mindful of.
- Cabins are easily accessible year-round as the roads are well maintained by the resort staff to provide stress-free travel to all guests. The resort features inclined roads that are paved, wide, and do not require special vehicles or four-wheel drive to navigate, however, should a four-wheel drive vehicle be accessible to you, it would benefit our guests to drive that vehicle when visiting during the winter months in case of snowfall, to be able to access other parts of town comfortably.
- Overlooks Dollywood Amusement Park; During Dollywood's hours of operation, expect to hear the Dollywood train horn sound off often.
- Offers a gas fireplace that is for ambiance purposes only. This fireplace is not advertised as a heating source for the cabin.
- Furnished with Aspen Log Furniture to provide that rustic, but luxurious cabin feel.
- Charcoal for the outdoor grill, kitchen spices/oils for preparing meals in the kitchen, coffee filters for the coffee maker, and clothes hangers for the closets are special items that we would like to point out that we do not provide to guests during their stay.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations processed through our company website or booked directly with a representative in our office, will be subject to the cancellation policy stated. All monies paid are 100% refundable if cancelled ninety (90) days or more, prior to your scheduled arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled within ninety (90) days of your scheduled check-in day, 50% of the nightly rental charges will be kept and the remaining balance will be refunded back to you; only the sum of the nightly rental charges will be considered in the cancellation fee total, meaning pet fee's, cleaning fees, taxes, etc. will not be calculated in the total cancellation amount.
A "no-show" is an automatic forfeiture of charges - this is a contract between you (the guest) and Outrageous Cabins (the management) as representative of the owner's property. You will be charged for the full stay if the proper cancellation procedures are not followed. If we have held a cabin for you, we have pledged that cabin and those dates to you. You will be charged for this reservation in full, without consideration of a refund.
Deposit Policy
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement regardless of the platform the cabin was reserved through. Upon booking, all reservations require a 50% payment of your total rental charges and applicable sales taxes to confirm your stay. If the reservation is being made within two weeks, fourteen days, of the scheduled check-in date, the full amount is due at the time of booking. After your reservation has been requested, within 24 hours, you will receive a follow-up email with an attached invoice once your payment is successfully processed. Final payments are due two weeks, fourteen days, before your scheduled check-in date. All final payments will AUTOMATICALLY be charged using the most recent card on file, on each reservations individual due date. Calls to make this payment are not required unless the card number on file needs to be updated before processing the payment. Once that payment has successfully been processed, a second copy of the invoice will be sent to your email confirming a zero balance. If either payments are not processed successfully, our office will notify you with a "Declined Payment" email and instructions on how to proceed to confirm or finalize your reservation.
We DO NOT accept checks of any kind; personal, business, cashiers or certified. Sales tax is charged and collected on all payments for any services to the rental company.

Mannnnnnnnn Listen. First off THANK YOU!!! so cool story for y’all! I’ve been talking to someone for awhile now! We’re 12hrs apart and decided it was time to meet halfway! I went in TikTok and found EVERYTHING I never heard of or knew of! Originally we were going to meet in Bristol.. but again TikTok put me on too anakeesta, pigeon forge, gatlinburg, etc! All I had to do was find a place to stay! Usually i do hotels but TikTok mentions nicer cabins cheaper than hotels “worth staying at”… so I make an Airbnb account and find Sevierville is saturated with cabins and conveniently near EVERYTHING YOUD WANT TO DO!! But the cabin, the host, the amenities, privacy, the views, the showers, how the place is set up is just beautiful and different plus the views ??? I’ve Taken a few pictures on my phone and already have people wanting to know where I stayed! Sorry I’m rambling but mannnn was this the perfect choice! She cried and didn’t want to leave either ! We were ?? close to adding a day
Easy commute to town with good views over pigeon forge
it was a short stay but it was very nice. the spiral staircase was a little sketchy and hard to carry luggage up but that's just how those staircases are. we really enjoyed the view!

The Cabin was very nice for what we were looking for. I was a little dissatisfied our first night as we could not get the living room TV to hookup to the Wi-Fi, therefore couldn't have a music on in the house the first night. Also, there was a bad storm come through in the middle of the night the first night we were there. There was a significant amount of water that leaked through the walls/doors over by the patio on the first and second floor. Thankfully, this didn't occur in our bedroom, so it did not affect us that much. For the price we paid for two nights I would expect these issues not to occur, but it was a fun time nonetheless. The cabin was near the top of the mountain and had a great view of downtown Pigeon Forge.
Great place and simple to get to. Stayed four years in a row at Star Crest Resort. Love all the cabins and the views are awesome. I prefer the mountain views only versus the mountain and Dollywood views like this cabin but overall great!
We absolutely loved our stay ,the only complaint was the beds ,not comfy at all. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for our stay ! Amazing view! We could see the fireworks perfectly each night at dolly wood for the fourth week from our top deck!Plenty of games to keep the kids busy !
It is in such a perfect location with such a great view overlooking the mountains as well as Dollywood and the Island. Perfect for 4th of July seeing all of the fireworks! The pictures were spot on with what to expect.
Great cabin, clean, convenient to local attractions. Easy check-in and out. The arcade game table was a hit!
You just can’t beat this view for the price! The cabin was located behind Dollywood so we got to enjoy Friday & Saturday fireworks from the top balcony hot tub. It was amazing! We finished each night of our trip playing games and just relaxing in the hot tub.

I would like to say my stay was absolutely fantastic. Everything was perfect and gorgeous. I am very much considering making yalls cabins my yearly vacation spot. Every one at the office was nice and friendly. The Cabin was spectacular from top to bottom and I wish I didn't have to leave.

My girlfriend and I stayed four nights at perfect 4 You and it was all that and more. The view was amazing and the cabin was very comfortable. We had little time and spent as much time enjoying the smokies and all else gatlinburg and pigeon forge has to offer but our time spent at the cabin was amazing. My wife and I just left on Monday (Labor Day) it was our 25th Wedding Anniverary and I just want to say thank you for one of the best times we have ever had. The Cabin was so romantic and so very clean that I know it won me some points with my wife. See I surprised my wife with this getaway and boy was she surprised. She actually started to have tears when we left. It's really like a slice of heaven. We will be back and I think the family is wanting to go this time. We stayed in perfect for u and it was great.......my husband and i rented this cabin for our 22nd wedding aniversary and it was awesome much more than i expected... the staff was great we will definatly be back....
We were very impressed and the cabin exceeded our expectations. The
view was breathtaking. Unfortunately we didn't get the opportunity to
use the hot tub because we were doing so much in Gatlinburg and the
Great Smoky National Park...but we plan to come back and you will
definitely be contacted for future accommodations. On last thing - the
website did a great job with pictures but the real thing surprised us-
