- ALL ADVERTISED "1 BEDROOM CABINS" in the Country Pines Resort features an enclosed (PRIVATE) bedroom on the main floor and an open loft (NOT PRIVATE) space upstairs, which includes a secondary queen bed, with a dresser and TV.
- Not a secluded cabin. Due to being located in a resort setting, there will be neighboring cabins.
- Cabins located in the Country Pines Resort, such as this one, are not advertised as cabins displaying any views; these cabins are set in a wooded area, so you will not experience a mountain or city view when reserving this rental property.
- Cabins are easily accessible year-round as the roads are well maintained by the resort staff to provide stress-free travel to all guests. The resort is lower in elevation and features roads that are paved, wide, and do not require special vehicles or four-wheel drive to navigate, however, should a four-wheel drive vehicle be accessible to you, it would benefit our guests to drive that vehicle when visiting during the winter months in case of snowfall, to be able to access other parts of town comfortably.
- Offers a natural wood burning fireplace inside of the cabin; please keep in mind, our office does not supply wood to guests during their stay.
- Furnished with Aspen Log Furniture to enhance the rustic cabin experience.
- Charcoal for the outdoor grill, kitchen spices/oils for preparing meals in the kitchen, coffee filters for the coffee maker, and clothes hangers for the closets are special items that we would like to point out that we do not provide to guests during their stay.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations processed through our company website or booked directly with a representative in our office, will be subject to the cancellation policy stated. All monies paid are 100% refundable if cancelled ninety (90) days or more, prior to your scheduled arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled within ninety (90) days of your scheduled check-in day, 50% of the nightly rental charges will be kept and the remaining balance will be refunded back to you; only the sum of the nightly rental charges will be considered in the cancellation fee total, meaning pet fee's, cleaning fees, taxes, etc. will not be calculated in the total cancellation amount.
A "no-show" is an automatic forfeiture of charges - this is a contract between you (the guest) and Outrageous Cabins (the management) as representative of the owner's property. You will be charged for the full stay if the proper cancellation procedures are not followed. If we have held a cabin for you, we have pledged that cabin and those dates to you. You will be charged for this reservation in full, without consideration of a refund.
Deposit Policy
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement regardless of the platform the cabin was reserved through. Upon booking, all reservations require a 50% payment of your total rental charges and applicable sales taxes to confirm your stay. If the reservation is being made within two weeks, fourteen days, of the scheduled check-in date, the full amount is due at the time of booking. After your reservation has been requested, within 24 hours, you will receive a follow-up email with an attached invoice once your payment is successfully processed. Final payments are due two weeks, fourteen days, before your scheduled check-in date. All final payments will AUTOMATICALLY be charged using the most recent card on file, on each reservations individual due date. Calls to make this payment are not required unless the card number on file needs to be updated before processing the payment. Once that payment has successfully been processed, a second copy of the invoice will be sent to your email confirming a zero balance. If either payments are not processed successfully, our office will notify you with a "Declined Payment" email and instructions on how to proceed to confirm or finalize your reservation.
We DO NOT accept checks of any kind; personal, business, cashiers or certified. Sales tax is charged and collected on all payments for any services to the rental company.

This property is amazing. The booking process was super easy, they emailed me all the details for the cabin way before check in time. It was easy to find with clear signs from either direction. The cabin was equal distance from Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg, With easy access to both. When we got there the cabin was super clean, there were cute little dogs & swans made from the towels with a handwritten thank you note. Great place to spend your trip, whether you’re drinking coffee reading books on the porch or just crashing at night after exploring all day. We were extremely happy with our stay & look forward to coming back next year.
Easiest check in process ever experienced. Cabin was clean and comfy. Close enough to everything but also out of the mainstream to relax. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing.. Would recommend highly.
Perfect size for family of four and the dog. Awesome location far enough away from the chaos but within a 15 minute drive to everything. Bring your own pillows!

Enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was very clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished.
Recent 4 night stay at Country Pines. The cabin itself was nice, well stocked and room enough for our family of 4 and small dog. Having the hot tub steps away on the deck was a nice treat at the end of the day. We weren't big fans of the location...it's certainly a bit of a drive to get into town and no view of any kind.

Perfect for couples getaway!
This cabin was perfect for a weekend get away for 2. It would also be great for a small family. It is beautiful on the inside with amazing views and it is in a great location. We would definitely stay here again.
Awesome
Very comfortable cabin. Easy to locate. If you arrive with a large vehicle pull all the way in to the driveway then turn around. It will be easier to exit. As i travel alone with two puppies it had more than enough room. Traveling with one family would be perfect. With traveling with two families one bathroom might be an issue. The cabin is at an angle and does not put you in direct view of other cabins. I look forward to returning there i enjoyed the cabin very much.

We enjoyed our stay at Serenity. The fireplace and hot tub were a great addition to the lovely cabin. It was roomy enough to accommodate our 2 dogs as well. The area was very quiet. We will definitely be back!
My girlfriend and I stayed a night here - would have been two but life got in the way - and we loved it! We were originally planning to rent a different cabin, but we agreed afterwards that we were glad the first plan didn't work out! This cabin was clean and cozy, we loved the aesthetic and the location, so we would definitely stay here again!
We had a great time! The cabin was the perfect size for the two of us and our dachshunds. Only two miles from the cabin office. Not far from the main strip in Pigeon Forge.
They provided plenty of towels and starter toiletries. Beds are firm if you're used to a softer mattress. We always bring our own pillows and blankets.
The only issues we had were that the hot water doesn't last long if you're using both shower heads simultaneously and parking was difficult with a bigger vehicle. (We had to park our Tahoe at an angle)

We loved staying at Serenity Cabin. The location was perfect. It was quiet and peaceful, yet only about 6 minutes from all the fun in Pigeon Forge. It was also a short drive into the National Park where we spent the bulk of our time. The cabin was furnished beautifully, and was totally clean. The kitchen was fully equipped for all our meal preparations. We enjoyed the outside porch with the table and rockers. The hot tub was perfect after a busy day of hiking or shopping! We appreciated all the natural light that came into the cabin from the many windows. The shower was unlike any I had seen, and I would love to have it in my home! The check in procedure was seamless and the gentleman that checked us in was friendly and helpful. We would definitely love to stay here
again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely, peaceful cabin.

We had never been to Pidgeon Forge it was amazing this house was so beautiful it was so comfy it was so convenient to have a washer/dryer. We loved the Jacuzzi the view was amazing we loved it here we will definitely be back.
We had a wonderful little get away at Serenity cabin. It was beautifully decorated and we had everything we needed. We were close enough to the city that we saw some fireworks from our porch on July 4th It was a very relaxing and great place to stay!!!!
Our recent stay at Serenity was a great experience. This was our first stay at an Outrageous cabin and we were really impressed. We have been coming to Pigeon Forge for lots of years staying in many cabins from some of the other competitors. Serenity was even better than the pictures online that we saw and the quality of the furniture and décor of the cabin made us feel right at home. Cudos to the owner of Serenity for their choices. This is a roomy cabin, well laid out and the view was great every morning while we had a cup of coffee. You guys were great to work with. Check-in was smooth and when we had Dish TV problems a person came right away to correct it. We have only positive comments to make for the time we spent at the cabin.
