- ALL ADVERTISED "3 BEDROOM CABINS" in the Country Pines Resort features an enclosed (PRIVATE) bedroom on the main floor with a king size bed, an open loft (NOT PRIVATE) bedroom upstairs with a king size bed and open to the pool table area, and another enclosed bedroom upstairs with a queen size bed and daybed located inside. In other words, the bed located in the open loft area of the second floor is considered 1 of the 3 "bedrooms"; please understand, one out of the three bedrooms in this cabin does not contain a door that allows for any privacy from the rest of the floor.
- This cabin is not advertised as being "handicap accessible" throughout the inside floorplan, however, there is a wheelchair ramp in place of steps to access the main floor of the cabin.
- Not a secluded cabin. Due to being located in a resort setting, there will be neighboring cabins.Â
- Cabins located in the Country Pines Resort, such as this one, are not advertised as cabins displaying any views; these cabins are set in a wooded area, so you will not experience a mountain or city view when reserving this rental property.
- Cabins are easily accessible year-round as the roads are well maintained by the resort staff to provide stress-free travel to all guests. The resort is lower in elevation and features roads that are paved, wide, and do not require special vehicles or four-wheel drive to navigate, however, should a four-wheel drive vehicle be accessible to you, it would benefit our guests to drive that vehicle when visiting during the winter months in case of snowfall, to be able to access other parts of town comfortably.
- Offers a natural wood burning fireplace inside of the cabin; please keep in mind, our office does not supply wood to guests during their stay.Â
- Furnished with Aspen Log Furniture to enhance the rustic cabin experience.
- Charcoal for the outdoor grill, kitchen spices/oils for preparing meals in the kitchen, coffee filters for the coffee maker, and clothes hangers for the closets are special items that we would like to point out that we do not provide to guests during their stay.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations processed through our company website or booked directly with a representative in our office, will be subject to the cancellation policy stated. All monies paid are 100% refundable if cancelled ninety (90) days or more, prior to your scheduled arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled within ninety (90) days of your scheduled check-in day, 50% of the nightly rental charges will be kept and the remaining balance will be refunded back to you; only the sum of the nightly rental charges will be considered in the cancellation fee total, meaning pet fee's, cleaning fees, taxes, etc. will not be calculated in the total cancellation amount.
A "no-show" is an automatic forfeiture of charges - this is a contract between you (the guest) and Outrageous Cabins (the management) as representative of the owner's property. You will be charged for the full stay if the proper cancellation procedures are not followed. If we have held a cabin for you, we have pledged that cabin and those dates to you. You will be charged for this reservation in full, without consideration of a refund.
Deposit Policy
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement regardless of the platform the cabin was reserved through. Upon booking, all reservations require a 50% payment of your total rental charges and applicable sales taxes to confirm your stay. If the reservation is being made within two weeks, fourteen days, of the scheduled check-in date, the full amount is due at the time of booking. After your reservation has been requested, within 24 hours, you will receive a follow-up email with an attached invoice once your payment is successfully processed. Final payments are due two weeks, fourteen days, before your scheduled check-in date. All final payments will AUTOMATICALLY be charged using the most recent card on file, on each reservations individual due date. Calls to make this payment are not required unless the card number on file needs to be updated before processing the payment. Once that payment has successfully been processed, a second copy of the invoice will be sent to your email confirming a zero balance. If either payments are not processed successfully, our office will notify you with a "Declined Payment" email and instructions on how to proceed to confirm or finalize your reservation.
We DO NOT accept checks of any kind; personal, business, cashiers or certified. Sales tax is charged and collected on all payments for any services to the rental company.

Great place and location
We had to book this cabin last minute after our initial host bailed. They were easy to communicate with, the cabin was clean, and the location was close to Dollywood/ Pigeon Ford attractions. Overall, great and easy experience!
We were able to reserved without any issues although it was a last minute reservation. Great communication. Quick responses. The cabin is clean and lovely! Beds are comfortable! We enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub. The surroundings are beautiful, just be careful with bears! We saw one really close to the cabin, it was an exciting experience! Really close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge… We will definitely be back!
Great stay for our family of 6! Everything worked well, pool table room is too small and hard to play but kids managed to have fun…

Cabin stay was awesome and looked bigger in person. We were promised a lower rate for an extra night over the phone, but upon arrival the manager shut it down and blamed the promise on a new employee not knowing policy. They didn’t honor it nor did they offer wiggle room. They said to call 24 hours prior to our checkout date to get the promised rate, but once 8am hit the cabin had been booked AND they were snarky about it.
They have a wood burning fire place but offered zero assistance with finding good locations on firewood and seemed annoyed when we asked where we could find some.
There was an empty envelope that said enjoy your stay and thank you written on the back as if we were meant to leave a tip after already paying a hefty cleaning fee.
It was also quite annoying that we had to check in at the office just to get a keypad code.
We can ignore things like that and enjoy the cabin, but we may look elsewhere in the future based upon customer service.
It was a nice break from the real world.

We had a fantastic stay in our cabin! It was very clean and had everything we needed for some quality time with our family. The only thing that could be a little better is the Wifi. It would buffer often when trying to stream on the tv in the living space. Besides that everything was fantastic!
We stayed for 3 nights & 4 days and overall had a great experience! great area, super close to all activities and restaurants!

Very spacious-comfy beds and the downstairs shower was fantastic! The only suggestion/complaint was the listing didn’t advise you had to bring your own firewood to utilize the fireplace nor that you’d need your own k-cups for the Keurig coffeemaker..there was ground coffee packets but only a Keurig. The management company was very responsive for any questions or concerns! Bring your own spices (salt & pepper too) if you plan on cooking-cooking items were well stocked but could use some refreshing. The pool table was nice but hard to play because only 1 of 2 pool sticks was usable and the table is oddly placed without hitting walls. Overall a great location and enjoyable rental cabin for a group (we had 5 adults).

We loved our stay here, cabin provided everything as described.We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace, hot tub, pool table, and arcade game. Cabin offered lots of space. Only thing does have winding stair case to bedrooms upstairs. We will definitely stay again.
It is a good cabins for a good price
We arrived to find this location clean and in a quiet, well kept neighborhood. There was a problem with the heat but it was not the fault of the owner/property manager and they fixed it quickly and efficiently. We were very impressed by our stay and would rent this cabin and from this property management group again!

We had a good time staying in the cabin. The house was big enough for the 6 of us. The house was clean and kitchen is equipped with anything you need for cooking. The bathroom was clean and modern. We will for sure be back this time with a bigger group next year.
Cabin was in a great location to everything. Was very spacious, plenty of room for 5 adults and a large dog. There was an ant problem on the kitchen counters so be sure to keep everything closed. The office staff was notified and offered to have someone come out that day. Overall very enjoyable.
Pictures were somewhat misleading. Everything looked bigger and more spacious. I didn’t like the bathroom arrangements. The whole set up was off for the amount of people. We all bumped our heads on the stairs at least once. There was no lock on the upstairs bathroom that was supposed to be for everyone, yet there was a lock on the bathroom that was inside the bedroom downstairs. Only one TV worked and the WiFi was terrible, we wasn’t even able to watch Netflix from our fire sticks or PlayStation. The pool table was a nice feature.. but there isn’t even enough room to really play. There was completely different bedding and couches then what’s pictured. What you get is a lot more wore down. Overall everything was clean. The outside and hot tub room needs a good pressure wash there are huge spider webs in all the windows. It was so much hotter upstairs but we couldn’t let the windows up bc of the spiders. Also there was a couple of wasp nest in the hot tub room. And some trash still left from previous tenants.

The cabin was great and had a big yard for the kids to play. We didn't know until we got there that it was actually in a resort and not super secluded in any way. that said the staff was great and communicated very well with us and we had no other issues!

Great place..... near everything .
This was a easy process to rent a beautiful cabin. However, the dryer did not work and the sink area was filled of ants. I called Outrageous Cabins and was assured I would be delivered towels. All of mine was soaked in the dryer. They did not bring the towels and left ant spray on kitchen counter.
The Honey Bear House is very well taken care of. We enjoyed our stayed our stay. It is nice location if you have pets to walk them.
Very clean. Very spacious. Easy to find location. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen stocked with what we needed. No Mountain View from the window, but beautiful scenery otherwise!
Great cabin! Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to the national shutdown but we’ll be back as soon as possible. We’re looking forward to coming back as soon as possible.

We really enjoyed the cabin, our family loved the hot tub! It's closer to other cabins than pictured; but the people next to us were so nice, it wasn't a problem! Note: the rooms aren't as large as they appear on the pictures either. It was great! Clean, well - stocked, and tastefully decorated!!! Thanks again!!
The family met in Pigeon Forge for our Christmas. We enjoyed the cabin but the older folks had a little problem with the circular wooden staircase
The place was really nice and it had everything that the descriptions torch you including size of bedrooms number of bedrooms and number of beds. Kitchen was perfect for the family we have in town and it worked out great. You were secluded back in a beautiful neighborhood with other nice houses wonderful he spaced out so that you’re not over hearing other people having visitors. The only thing I would say Negative about this place is that if you have anybody with kids sleeping upstairs is very noisy when they are walking around while someone is downstairs. Outside of that the place was great and works great for me and my family, we will definitely come back again.
