- ALL ADVERTISED "2 BEDROOM CABINS" features an enclosed (PRIVATE) bedroom on the main floor and an open loft (NOT PRIVATE) second bedroom upstairs sharing the floor with the game area. In other words, the king bed located in the open loft floor is considered the "second bedroom"; please understand, one out of the two bedrooms in this cabin does not contain a door that allows for any privacy from the rest of the floor.Â
- Not a secluded cabin. Due to being located in a resort setting, there are neighboring cabins to be mindful of.
- Cabins are easily accessible year-round as the roads are well maintained by the resort staff to provide stress-free travel to all guests. The resort features inclined roads that are paved, wide, and do not require special vehicles or four-wheel drive to navigate, however, should a four-wheel drive vehicle be accessible to you, it would benefit our guests to drive that vehicle when visiting during the winter months in case of snowfall, to be able to access other parts of town comfortably.
- Sits over Dollywood Amusement Park; During Dollywood's hours of operation, expect to hear the Dollywood train horn sound off often.
- Keep in mind, the city/mountain view this cabin offers can only slightly be seen on the top level during the winter months; Trees are in full bloom spring through fall, which will cover the view until trees become bare.
- Offers an electric fireplace on main level and second level that is for ambiance purposes only. These fireplaces are not advertised as a heating source for the cabin.
- Furnished with Aspen Log Furniture to provide that rustic, but luxurious cabin feel.
- Charcoal for the outdoor grill, kitchen spices/oils for preparing meals in the kitchen, coffee filters for the coffee maker, and clothes hangers for the closets are special items that we would like to point out that we do not provide to guests during their stay.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations processed through our company website or booked directly with a representative in our office, will be subject to the cancellation policy stated. All monies paid are 100% refundable if cancelled ninety (90) days or more, prior to your scheduled arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled within ninety (90) days of your scheduled check-in day, 50% of the nightly rental charges will be kept and the remaining balance will be refunded back to you; only the sum of the nightly rental charges will be considered in the cancellation fee total, meaning pet fee's, cleaning fees, taxes, etc. will not be calculated in the total cancellation amount.
A "no-show" is an automatic forfeiture of charges - this is a contract between you (the guest) and Outrageous Cabins (the management) as representative of the owner's property. You will be charged for the full stay if the proper cancellation procedures are not followed. If we have held a cabin for you, we have pledged that cabin and those dates to you. You will be charged for this reservation in full, without consideration of a refund.
Deposit Policy
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement regardless of the platform the cabin was reserved through. Upon booking, all reservations require a 50% payment of your total rental charges and applicable sales taxes to confirm your stay. If the reservation is being made within two weeks, fourteen days, of the scheduled check-in date, the full amount is due at the time of booking. After your reservation has been requested, within 24 hours, you will receive a follow-up email with an attached invoice once your payment is successfully processed. Final payments are due two weeks, fourteen days, before your scheduled check-in date. All final payments will AUTOMATICALLY be charged using the most recent card on file, on each reservations individual due date. Calls to make this payment are not required unless the card number on file needs to be updated before processing the payment. Once that payment has successfully been processed, a second copy of the invoice will be sent to your email confirming a zero balance. If either payments are not processed successfully, our office will notify you with a "Declined Payment" email and instructions on how to proceed to confirm or finalize your reservation.
We DO NOT accept checks of any kind; personal, business, cashiers or certified. Sales tax is charged and collected on all payments for any services to the rental company.

Listing was accurate. House was comfortable. Wish the fireplaces were gas or wood, electric fireplaces reduced the outdoorsy listing experience and weren’t clearly communicated in the listing. All else was lovely, clean, and well maintained!
You can tell that other dogs had been there before however, this was a postive for us! The cabin felt homey and truly the best! The jets in the tub didnt work and only half the jets did in the hot tub. Even with the small imperfections, I would without a shadow of a doubt come back to this cabin. Thank you for an amazing experience!!

The cabin was amazing. It had everything a family would want and it felt cozy. The only difficulty was the 10am checkout; I only wish it was at least 11am. Overall, very please and recommend.
This cabin was pretty much perfect! It was so cute and very clean! We loved sitting on the balcony in the swing at night and looking at the fireworks at Dollywood and in the mornings having our coffee! The only negative things I have to say are the water pressure in upstairs shower was not good at all and there was not really a good place to walk our dog but no biggie we made it work. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Would definitely stay here again!
Beautiful cabin and pretty views
We stayed here for a weekend in the mountains while touring our wedding venue. It was a beautiful cabin! We had two pups and there was plenty of room to walk around in the surrounding area. Super cozy feel, wish we could’ve stayed longer. Will definitely come back!

Loved staying here! Beautiful cabin and beautiful views! Just a few minutes away from pigeon forge which is great for families and less than a half hour from gatlinburg! Very clean, will definitely be back!

This was the cleanest cabin we’ve ever stayed in, which is my top priority. The cabin itself has been well loved, but also allows pets which makes complete sense. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, coffee pot, dish soap and a dish towel. You will need all spices (they note that to you beforehand) a lighter if you’re using the grill, etc. Hot tub was really nice. The bed is squeaky upstairs and when you roll over can wake you up but we slept great otherwise. Beautiful views of the sunset off the back deck.

We had a great stay ! We did notice our first night there was stains on the bed they did offer to bring and new sheet set, other then that it was very nice !

I would have given 5 starts but unfortunately the reason I booked this cabin was for my parents 30th wedding anniversary and they wanted a jacuzzi tub (the only thing they asked for) and the jets in the tub did not work. Other than that it was a beautiful cabin but It would’ve been really nice to know about the tub before I booked considering it’s the one thing they asked me to look for.

A very enjoyable and relaxing vacation. It was great to be away from the busy town and people. The view from the decks were breath taking. Nature has a lot to offer. The cabin was very clean and was equipped with supplies ( toilet paper, paper towel, dish and laundry detergent) that we didn’t expect.

We've stayed many times at Outrageous Cabins and have never been disappointed.Keep up the good work.
This cabin was very nice. It was clean and well equipped. The location was excellent. The kids enjoyed the video machine, pool table, foosball table and playground. The parents enjoyed the hot tub and the views. The only bad thing was the wood bees. They don't sting but they are bothersome. Mother nature at her best... I would stay here again.
