- ALL ADVERTISED "1 BEDROOM CABINS" in the Country Pines Resort features an enclosed (PRIVATE) bedroom on the main floor and an open loft (NOT PRIVATE) space upstairs, which includes a secondary queen bed, with a dresser and TV.
- This cabin is not advertised as being "handicap accessible" throughout the inside floorplan, however, there is a wheelchair ramp in place of steps to access the main floor of the cabin.
- Not a secluded cabin. Due to being located in a resort setting, there will be neighboring cabins.Â
- Cabins located in the Country Pines Resort, such as this one, are not advertised as cabins displaying any views; these cabins are set in a wooded area, so you will not experience a mountain or city view when reserving this rental property.
- Cabins are easily accessible year-round as the roads are well maintained by the resort staff to provide stress-free travel to all guests. The resort is lower in elevation and features roads that are paved, wide, and do not require special vehicles or four-wheel drive to navigate, however, should a four-wheel drive vehicle be accessible to you, it would benefit our guests to drive that vehicle when visiting during the winter months in case of snowfall, to be able to access other parts of town comfortably.
- Offers a natural wood burning fireplace inside of the cabin; please keep in mind, our office does not supply wood to guests during their stay.Â
- Furnished with Aspen Log Furniture to enhance the rustic cabin experience.
- Charcoal for the outdoor grill, kitchen spices/oils for preparing meals in the kitchen, and coffee filters for the coffee maker, are special items that we would like to point out that we do not provide to guests during their stay.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations processed through our company website or booked directly with a representative in our office, will be subject to the cancellation policy stated. All monies paid are 100% refundable if cancelled ninety (90) days or more, prior to your scheduled arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled within ninety (90) days of your scheduled check-in day, 50% of the nightly rental charges will be kept and the remaining balance will be refunded back to you; only the sum of the nightly rental charges will be considered in the cancellation fee total, meaning pet fee's, cleaning fees, taxes, etc. will not be calculated in the total cancellation amount.
A "no-show" is an automatic forfeiture of charges - this is a contract between you (the guest) and Outrageous Cabins (the management) as representative of the owner's property. You will be charged for the full stay if the proper cancellation procedures are not followed. If we have held a cabin for you, we have pledged that cabin and those dates to you. You will be charged for this reservation in full, without consideration of a refund.
Deposit Policy
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement regardless of the platform the cabin was reserved through. Upon booking, all reservations require a 50% payment of your total rental charges and applicable sales taxes to confirm your stay. If the reservation is being made within two weeks, fourteen days, of the scheduled check-in date, the full amount is due at the time of booking. After your reservation has been requested, within 24 hours, you will receive a follow-up email with an attached invoice once your payment is successfully processed. Final payments are due two weeks, fourteen days, before your scheduled check-in date. All final payments will AUTOMATICALLY be charged using the most recent card on file, on each reservations individual due date. Calls to make this payment are not required unless the card number on file needs to be updated before processing the payment. Once that payment has successfully been processed, a second copy of the invoice will be sent to your email confirming a zero balance. If either payments are not processed successfully, our office will notify you with a "Declined Payment" email and instructions on how to proceed to confirm or finalize your reservation.
We DO NOT accept checks of any kind; personal, business, cashiers or certified. Sales tax is charged and collected on all payments for any services to the rental company.

Overall, our stay was very relaxing. Once we were able to locate our cabin (thanks to the management office) we were able to get in easily. They gave detailed instructions for checkout and we were confident leaving that everything was taken care of. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with this location and sad to have to go home.

We enjoyed Wildfire cabin. The location was very convenient for all the area attractions. It was easy to find and loved the neighborhood with the signage to locate your cabin. Internet and satellite tv worked fine for us. Nice shower and hot tub. Will definitely consider staying there again.

We had the best time at wildfire. The check in was easy and cabin was clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace on chilly nights. There wasn’t much of a Mountain View but the location was good! Not too far from the main attractions. Also we were glad to be able to bring 2 fur babies. The only thing that could’ve been better was the view and cooking essentials. Beds were comfy. Over all perfect stay and we would definitely rebook at the wildfire!

The cabin was great! Everything was clean & tidy. We had troubles with the toilet but besides that everything else was perfect. The couch was my personal fav, very comfy. The cabin is close to everything so it wasn’t a far drive to go anywhere. We really enjoyed our stay!
The cabin was beautiful! We loved the furniture, the location, and the feel of the cabin. The hot tub was GREAT! Only complaints is that the wifi is incredibly slow and it is difficult to get a hold of someone when you need something. I understand the company short staffed due to COVID, but it is still difficult when I am in dire need of something and the only method of communication is email after office hours. Besides that, it was amazing. Would 100% stay again!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! It was just as pictured! The neighborhood was quiet and the cabin was just as pictured. The only issue was the spider webs all over the furniture outside which I did not want to fool with. Besides that there was no issues and loved our stay! We can’t wait to go back!!!

We really enjoyed this place! Closer to Pigeon Forge than Gatlinburg, which we preferred. Had neighbors but they weren't a bother. We were a little bummed that we didn't have a landscape view of the mountains but new that a property like that was out of our price range. This was definitely the little piece of serenity that we needed while still being close to a little fun town. We will definitely come back!

Hot tub had like nasty dead skin floating at the surface of the water (I took photos of it if you’d like to see) which was the whole reason we booked our stay here was for the hot tub and the lawn wasn’t mowed so it sucked taking my service animal to the restroom and having tall weeds itch me . The upstairs doesn’t really have AC so def set the air as low as u can for a few hours and have the fans on high so u can cool the place down before bedtime . But everything else was sooooo precious and comfortable and felt like home away from home ! I really loved the place and the shower was gorgeous . And the loft was such a cute space , I wish they would have someone clean the big windows on the top of the cabin so when u look out in the morning it’s not all blurry looking . But the wrap around porch and the fact that the hot tub had a little wall around it so neighbors can’t see u was nice ! The little towels rolled like a dog was so cute and the swan shaped towels on the bed made it feel fancier , kitchen was beautiful ! Beds were comfy as well !

Close to everything; we were able to get to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Cade's Cove Loop and Cumberland Falls from the cabin with ease. The hotub was great for relaxing after a day out.
The cabin was very clean when we arrived! The neighborhood is cute with extra touches like a country store and chapel (not functioning) but cute to walk to. Management was easy to reach and responded quickly when I had questions prior to arrival.

We have been to Gatlinburg many times and stayed in a lot of different places, cabins, hotels and chalets. But this was the best place we have ever stayed and will definitely be coming back. The cabin was very clean, easy to find and accommodated all our needs.
This was a beautiful cabin, very clean and comfortable for two. The shower was very nice, the bed was comfortable, and having a wood burning fireplace was very important to us. The kitchen was equipped with every appliance you could want (take your own condiments as it had none.) The only downside for us was that it was in a cabin community. Though it was well kept, the proximity to the other cabins was not to our liking. We actually shared a parking area with another cabin. We like our seclusion. If Outrageous Cabins increase their inventory we would love to visit them again.

This place was cozy, tucked away, and perfect for a weekend in the smokies. Easy to get to and had everything we needed! Would definitely go back.
Only complaint is there were dirty dishes, pans and utensils in the cabinets. Had to wash some things before use. Need better fry pans.

Property is a few miles away, but still convenient to all of the attractions. Property was clean, but could use some maintenance and updates of appliances. Clothes dryer would not dry clothes. There has been a leak in the bathroom and the floor tile is loose.

Everything about the place was wonderful, great neighborhood and very close to pigeon forge. Felt very cozy! Only two complaints was that the WiFi was quite poor and the trash box outside of the house was locked with no key to unlock it.
