There are lots of great things, the views are amazing, the cabin is beautiful, very cozy and it is very close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The communication was ok, some messages were answered immediately and others the next day. I loved the cabin but do think there are some things that should be worked on. The cabin window blinds and ceiling fans were very dusty. There was clothing in the bedroom closet left from the previous person, and we couldn’t use it. There were lots of cigarette ends left in bins outside the doors, telling me it was not cleaned as deeply as it should have been. we also didn’t take coffee because the listing mentioned there would be some k cups provided, and there wasn’t which was a bummer. The parking is uphill making it a bit tricky to park so definitely take a 4WD. And this cabin is NOT private at all, the Hot Tub sits right on the balcony at the front so anyone passing by can see you.

We came and stayed for my birthday weekend. The location was very close to everything and the scenery was gorgeous . The cabin was very clean and was exactly as described in the listing. We will be staying here again.

The cabin was really nice. Very well kept property….very clean. The downstairs shower was wonderful. We loved sitting outside and taking in the gorgeous views. The view was amazing! We will definitely be back.

If you are thinking about renting one of these outrageous cabins don’t think twice. Just do it. It’s worth every penny. I will definitely be back again in the future.

Great option to stay at.

My husband, two boys and I truly enjoyed our stay in this cabin. The place was very clean, had all the amenities we needed, and we really enjoyed the game room upstairs as well as the Jacuzzi tub. The views were spectacular. We expected to be right on the edge of the mountain instead of slightly across the street but they still did not disappoint. We live a ways away but would consider staying again!

This cabin was everything we were looking for and more. The cabin sits at the top of the resort with the most beautiful views of the mountains. We spent more time on the upper deck but both decks were amazing. The cabin was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed spending our evenings relaxing in the jacuzzi out on the deck after a long day of walking and hiking. We also had several family pool and air hockey tournaments. Good place for a family.

My husband and I really enjoyed our time at your cabin. It was clean, comfortable and the view was amazing! The hot tub was sparkling clean and the pool table was a plus. I would definitely stay again.

The cabin was great and it was in a perfect location. My husband and I loved staying in outrageous cabins on our honeymoon and I would love to go back one day. I loved the ease of the check in and check out process. The one bad thing was the dishes were disgusting. The pizza cutter had cheese caked onto it and it made me scared to use anything else in the kitchen. We mainly ate out so we did not need to use the dishes and I’m glad we did not have to. Other than that it was all great and I loved the view from the bed upstairs!

Beautiful views however there are many broken items in this house- jets on hot tub barely work and the lights do not work at all. Half of the couch does not recline and the dishwater is loose and is difficult to work. We also had no internet, the service wasn’t out it was the cable. Location was perfect but we did not feel it was well maintained

Absolutely stunning. Amazing views. Had everything we needed then some. Close enough to the strip we could go whenever we wanted but yet far enough away that we heard no background noise, just nature at its finest.

Beautiful cabin! We got there and had some slight problems with some power being out and they had someone out there to fix it within 30 minutes. Great service response. It was a really relaxing enjoyable weekend we would definitely stay again

The view was absolutely breathtaking. We had a wonderful time exploring the area and it was wonderful to have a great place to decompress.

The cabin and the view were beautiful!! The space was perfect for my husband, me and our 2 small children. We loved all the entertainment aspects the cabin offered from TVs in every room to pool table and other game tables. Very clean and comfortable with nice big beds. Best of all was the gorgeous view! Highly recommend!

The cabin was perfect for our family of 4, with awesome views and a great location!

There were many great things about this cabin, but also a few things that weren’t so great. The views were spectacular, the cabin was clean (although a few things were left from the previous stayers), and it was spacious for the four of us. However, be prepared to take essential kitchen supplies with you like: salt and pepper, oil, baking sheet, beer can opener, etc. And if you like to make tea you’ll want to bring a kettle.
The hot tub’s lights didn’t work neither did the jets so that was somewhat disappointing.
They also didn’t give us enough trash bags, so we had to use grocery bags for a lot of our trash.
I think next time we’ll choose somewhere different. But in the end, we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful cabin, amazing view. The road to the cabin was a little hard to navigate but that is because I live in Florida where there are no Mountains. The only thing i could recommend is bringing some pool stick chalk. Everything was above my expectations.

This cabin is beautiful and view is amazing! Was s little upset to find out washer/dryer not working, but I got a little discount for it not. Manager is easy to work with and prompt when you call! Wish Checkout was at noon instead of 10am! Overall a great time and we would stay again!

Everything about the cabin was beautiful. The view was incredible. One problem we had was the jets in the hot tub was not working. Which was a big dissapointment. We called maintenance twice and it was not fixed either times. One of the reasons we renting this cabin was because it had a hot tub. We were looking forward to sitting in the hot tub, relaxing and looking at the view of the mountains. So we were disappointed with that. The bedroom upstairs does not have a closet. We had to hang our clothes on the coat rack that was in the room. Big beautiful bedroom with an incredible view though. The wood throughout the cabin was beautiful. The cabin was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay there. Just wished we could have enjoyed the hot tub.

This property was in a great location for people who would like to spend time in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It’s in between making it close to either area. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We had no issues during our stay here, and I loved the view from the front porch! We would stay here again! Thanks for a great stay!

This was sort of a post anniversary trip for my husband and I. We just needed to be somewhere peaceful and away from it all. The cabin was beautiful inside and out, very clean and supplied with everything you need. It was serene, peaceful with gorgeous views!! Would love to stay again but longer!!

We spent three days at Once Upon a Time. The cabin was just as we were expecting . The kids enjoyed the upper bedroom with the pool table and air hockey. My wife and I enjoyed sitting out in the deck looking at the stunning mountain view. We would definitely cone back again.

Cabin was clean and cozy. Short drive to Pigeon Forge. The large sized shower was nice. Hot tub was nice to relax in (light didn’t work in hot tub but that wasn’t a big deal). The only complaint I have is that this resort is so close to Dollywood you can hear people screaming on the coasters in the distance and the Dollywood train whistle is extremely loud.If you are planning a trip to Dollywood or to hang out in Pugeon Forge, or only plan to stay in the cabin of an evening it’s a great location. If you plan to hang out at the cabin most of your trip and are looking for peace and quiet this resort may be too close to amusement park for you.

Loved the views and the house. Gorgeous place. Definitely will come back
