Tree Top Haven – Starr Crest Resort

We were very pleased with everything! Loved the super comfy furniture and mattresses. We had everything we needed. The ONLY thing that could have possibly improved our stay was a smart TV upstairs. But we were so happy and pleased with everything! Would def stay here again!

The cabin was amazing. Our trip was just me, my wife and our 2 children and it was very comfortable. We had the opportunity to watch the fireworks from our balcony on Saturday drinking a good wine . So to see the sunset and sunrise you have to go to the front door. That didn't stop us to have an incredible view, sunset is very nice . I highly recommend this cabin.

Spacious and clean with incredible views.
We loved the games and the hot tub, especially when the fireworks went off at Dollywood.
Also noteworthy is the separate thermostats on each floor to customize when we were upstairs and down.

Perfect place for a getaway! The view from the hot tub was very pretty, and I could see the Ferris wheel.

We had a great stay at our cabin. It was so peaceful to sit out on the porch swing in the mornings with a cup of coffee. We enjoyed the hot tub and all the amenities. It was in tip top shape and super clean. We would love to come and stay again!

Pictures are as described. My family loved the games and especially the hot tub! The city is close but just far enough away. We still were able to relax and felt at home. We loved being able to hear the train from Dollywood! We will definitely be interested in booking again.

We had a wonderful time at this cabin. The view was great, though it looked upon Dollywood and downtown Pigeon Forge and was within a relatively busy neighborhood- so if you are looking for seclusion in nature, this is probably not the cabin for you- you can hear the crowd at Dollywood. But the Christmas light show was visible from the deck, a nice treat. The kitchen was relatively well equipped, we made Thanksgiving dinner there with no issues (though brought our own roasting pan). The indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, pool table and air hockey were a blast. Also, MOST COMFORTABLE COUCHES EVER. Only (minor) issues were a lack of smartTV capabilities (bring your own FireStick or Apple TV), visible dust on most surfaces, and an electric fireplace upstairs that made an awful noise.

Overall everything was great. Communication and instructions from Host was on point. The only thing that was a problem for (me) was the mattresses, it was to firm for my back.

We had a great stay at Tree Top Haven. The view from the decks was beautiful. We really loved relaxing at night with our son and playing pool, air hockey and video games in the game room. Also, the hot tub was a nightly must do!

we really enjoyed our weekend. all the instructions were very clear and easy to understand. everything we need was there to cook and spend our weekend away.

This cabin was perfect for our family! It had everything we needed during our stay and the location was amazing! Literally an 8 minute drive down the hill to downtown pigeon forge! We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and we look forward to returning!

We enjoyed this beautiful cabin. Overlooks the views at night. Couldn’t have asked for anything more other than maybe some Christmas decorations. Otherwise we had a great time. You won’t regret staying at outrageous cabins.

We got the check-in text the morning of arrival date. No issues finding or getting in cabin. Everything was well taken care of and clean. Location was great, close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We even got a surprise firework show from the hot tub on Sat and Sun night (assuming it was from Dollywood)!

Great location for Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. The views are amazing. One thing to note is the 2nd bedroom is really just part of the loft, so not an actual deprecate room, but it worked out for us. There was an issue with the hot tub when we arrived and it was fixed the next morning. Definitely recommend this cabin!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The cabin was beautiful, clean and with a very well equipped kitchen. The views from both decks were spectacular! My boys loved the pool table, air hockey & video games. (Huge hit) We would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The cabin was very clean, everything worked and no hidden problems. The view on the back deck was very nice. You could see most of downtown. We would stay here again.

Cabin was very clean with plenty of room. The views on the two decks were spectacular. The only negative is that I thought the cabin would be more secluded but that’s my fault for not researching enough.

Excellent and clean. The view was amazing. Also, I went down one week after the fire's and I would like to thank everyone involved for how they handled it. There was very little evidence of a fire, the area was all cleaned up. Also, the cabin people did an awesome job cleaning the cabin, no ash or smoke smell. The wife and I can't wait to return next year for another visit.

Great location. Great view. The pictures didn't do the property justice. We loved the gaming area and the jacuzzi.

We've consistently stayed at Starr Crest for the past 12 years or so. We've always loved the cabins & their amenities. Tree Top Haven was no exception. Since we've been to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg so often, we no longer feel like tourist. This allowed us to relax in the cabin, enjoying the view, the quiet then the Dollywood train whistle! We've used two other cabin rental companies in the past, leaving us a bit disappointed but Outrageous Cabins make sure the cabins are as they are advertised. We will be back, of course!

We loved the cabin!!! We reported that to your office. The game room was awesome!!! We will definitely book through Outrageous Cabins on our next visit to Pigeon Forge.
